Perfect bound books listed on this site's Books page ship at a flat rate of $5.00 per domestic (U.S.A.) order and a flat rate of $12.00 per international order. All perfect bound books listed on the Books page are also distributed internationally. Due to high costs of international shipping, if you live outside the U.S.A. you will likely pay lower shipping fees if you order from vendors closer to home. Bookshops, libraries, and others purchasing in large quantities: special ordering info is on the Contact page.
